About RAMP Vancouver
The Residents Association Mount Pleasant (RAMP) is a non-profit coalition of volunteers who recognize the unique character of the community and strive to maintain this special neighbourhood. Recent rezoning applications threaten to significantly alter the complexion of Mount Pleasant, with large departures in height and density from currently permitted zoning. RAMP seeks to educate members of the public on the true impacts of proposed spot rezoning, and to work on maintaining a livable, affordable and human scale community.
The corruption that permeates this deal stinks to high heaven! The next things that go are Buy Low and IGA. Funny how they are putting in a big food co-op in their space. This is a well thought out plan against the community that reeks of solid planning. Although the courts have said that donations to politicians are OK, it didn’t say anything about these people working together to forge a plan. These people have been working for years together and have created this assault against our community. In the name of their greed they have sullied our names and reputations. Organize and organize so that the media and all concerned see that there is anger that will not disappear with time.
