Well done. A great perspective from which people can asses,s for themselves, all of the bylaws that are being pushed to the side so that Vancouver can recoup another 6.5 million to help pay off the Olympic Village fiasco. Developers may have different corporate names but they are one and the same. Create a market where the city has to beg for relief from a disastrous project that has their books in the red and then move in and buy up city property for a song. Then give the city a paltry sum that looks big but when it is compared to the profits and the actual cost of the floor space… it amounts to zilch.
